More and more each day, the Internet is becoming a vital part of day-to-day life. You can read news from around the world, research and learn about almost any topic, and keep in touch with family and friends, wherever they are, without running up big phone bills.We use the web every day, and can't imagine how we ever lived without it. We want to make it easier for our residents to benefit from everything the Web has to offer.

While lots of people still use slow dialup modems and services like America Online and Earthlink to connect to the Internet, we know how much better the web can be when you don't have to constantly wait, wait, and fight with it. And being connected for most people means either paying for a second phone line, or being unavailable while online... neither of which are ideal.

We had an idea. Why not bring high speed internet access to our residents? As a resident, you receive high speed internet access, a River Park Apartments email address, and if you want it, even your own little corner of the web on the River Park Apartments webserver. (Equipment purchase may be required to access network if your computer is not equipped with the necessary hardware.)

Of course, a shared connection isn't enough for some users, and for those, we recommend Comcast's cable internet service, which is also available in each apartment.
