If you are in need of assistance with a maintenance issue, you have several
options:
- If it is a serious emergency (fire, medical problem), call 911.
- If it is a less-serious emergency (flooding toilet, etc), call 232-2120
- Call 231-4912. If no one is available, leave a voice mail, it will
be forwarded to the manager's celphone.
- During normal business hours, you can usually find someone at the office
between the buildings
- You receive a number of Maintenance request slips when you move in. More
are available in the laundry room. Drop them into the appropriate slot in
the office
