Parking can be a real pain. You've seen it all. Underground parking garages you can barely fit a bicycle into. Parallel parking on a busy street. Exposed lots 5 minutes from your building. Your car, covered with snow, ice, and occasional hail damage. Or maybe paying through the nose for a flimsy tin carport that looks like it will blow away in the first strong wind and probably isn't even close to your building entrance.

We've seen it too. We don't like it. But we don't have it here.

Every River Park Apartment comes with your own sturdy covered parking spot*, complete with a small storage area for whatever you put there (and we've seen everything from boat motors to golf clubs to christmas tree decorations). The parking for the streetside buildings is actually built into a hill, providing superb insulation from weather and temperature. No climbing into a baking car on the hottest day of July. It might not sound like much, but it's one of the little things that set us apart. Attention to detail... attention to comfort.

We also have ample open parking space for your visitors and guests. They (or you, if you're so inclined) can park in our small lot beside the river, along the side of the northwest building, or on the street in front of the complex.

*Note: If you are a police officer, we may be able to allot a second spot for your squad car, if available. A significant percentage of our residents are police officers, and several of our staff are retired policemen. We strongly support Indiana's Finest.
