Apartment Rules and Regulations
  1. The name of each Tenant may be exhibited in the apartment area only in the manner and in the locations approved by Lessor.
  2. The toilets, wash basins, sinks, etc., and other apparatus, shall not be used for any other purpose than those for which they were constructed, and no sweeping, rubbish or other substances shall be thrown therein.
  3. No carpet or rugs shall be beaten, cleaned or shaken out of the windows, or in the halls or corridors of the building or near the building, nor shall anything be thrown or swept out of the windows, doors or other openings, or in the halls or corridors of the building.
  4. No articles shall be suspended outside of the building or placed on the window sills thereof.
  5. The halls, corridors and stairways of the building shall not be used, under any circumstances, as a playing ground for children.
  6. No additional locks shall be affixed to any door, except by written consent of Lessor.
  7. No exterior radio or television aerial shell be erected on the grounds or attached to the building in any manner whatsoever.
  8. Kitchen and other refuse must be placed in containers provided by the Lessor in designated places, and at no time shall the same be placed in the halls. Lessor will make reasonable provision for the removal of such refuse.
  9. No redecoration shall be done by the Tenants without Lessor's approval, but Always at Tenants Expense.
  10. Car washing with hoses is not permitted on the premises, except at the designated area.
  11. Tenants are not permitted to use their own washing machines in their apartment. No outside Drying of clothes is permitted.
  12. Lessor, under no circumstances, shall be liable for any loss to property stored in the storage bins or elsewhere on the premises.
  13. Tenants and their families may utilize the recreational areas provided by the Lessor for the use of the residents of the apartment. The use of such facilities shall be governed by Rules and Regulations posted from time to time by the Lessor.
  14. Tenants shall make arrangements regarding deliveries so that no packages or boxes will be left in the halls.
  15. Tenants and their guests shall operate motor vehicles on the premises at all times in accordance with the posted speed limits and shall comply with all signs and regulations of the Lessor. Tenants and their guests shall park only in places designated for such parking by the Lessor.
  16. No dogs, cats, or pets of any kind shall be permitted.
  17. Inoperative motor vehicles shall not under any circumstances be permitted to be parked on the premises.
  18. Parking on the premises is prohibited except in designated spaces. Vehicles improperly parked are subject to tow-away at owners expense.
  19. No more than two (2) cars will be permitted per apartment.

Lessor reserves the right, at its sole option, to amend or revoke any of these Apartment Rules and Regulations, in whole or in part, and to adopt new ones, at any time and from time to time. Tenants shall be liable for any damage resulting to the Lessor or to other Tenants or persons arising from the failure of the Tenant his family, guests, employees and invitee to abide by these Apartment Rules and Regulations.
